As I stand here, I can see glamorous, distant views,
I can see it all just by standing in my shoes.
The lights, the buildings and many, many more,
I can see it all just by standing at my door.
As I seek here, I discover marveled treasures,
I can let go of my everyday pressures.
I see forgotten jewelry, and sparkles galore,
As I venture on. I request more.
As I stroll here, I site a variety of trees,
These natural elements seem to please.
I can see that these trees sway at ease,
With the push of the cool winter breeze.
As I breathe here, I can inhale the air,
The powerful gusts ruining my hair.
I relax and let go of my never-ending worries,
I am now filled to the max with glory.
As I stand here, I observe life,
There is now no way I would be filled with strife.
What I am seeing is ever so grand,
I am thankful for living on this land.
